Endorsements & Dinghy foiling qualifications advantageous)
2 - Work as part of a team delivering exceptional training & experiences
3 - Be passionate about sport and exercise, specifically watersports
4 - Receive centre specific and NGB training

We're on the hunt for a team of Brilliant Apprentice Outdoor Instructors.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are looking to develop their skills at teaching and guiding in the great outdoors. You will form a key part of our delivery team, focused on creating opportunities for our supporters to engage in adventurous activities at our 17-acre site in the heart of Southampton.
You will:
1 - Deliver a wide range of adventurous activity sessions to Active Nation’s Supporters including responsibility for the welfare of participants under our care.
2 - Contribute to a culture of safe operation of the centre and assisting Active Nation to deliver a quality product which meets the aims and outcomes required by our Supporters.
3 - Working towards a Level 3 Outdoor Instructor Standard.
4 - Provide supplementary support to Centre’s core teams and purposefully contributing towards the Centre fulfilling the Charity’s mission and achieving specific objectives.
Apprentice instructors are also required to work towards a relevant Level 3 Outdoor Activity instructor qualification. The post holder is an essential part our campaign to persuade more people to be active and the charity’s frontline ambassador.

We are looking for a passionate Operations Manager who will enthuse and engage with our customers and instructor team to create a positive experience at Alpine Snowsports, whilst managing the smooth and efficient day to day running of the Snowsports Centre. If you are confident, self-motivated, excel operationally and are a great conversationalist then we would love to hear from you!
