When people talk about getting fit, a class is often what they have in mind. With up to 30 different types of work-out, you are sure to find a class you'll enjoy and get something really positive from.

We offer everything, from gentle and relaxing Yoga and Pilates through to ferocious high-intensity Body Combat and Body Pump.

And don't just think of it as a sweat-shop. These classes can be a lot of fun – especially if you go with a group of friends. It's a great way to de-stress after a hard day's work.

Daily physical activity can help prevent heart disease and stroke by strengthening your heart muscle, lowering your blood pressure, raising your high-density lipoprotein (HDL) levels (good cholesterol) and lowering low-density lipoprotein (LDL) levels (bad cholesterol), improving blood flow, and increasing your heart's working capacity.
