PLAY! KIDS' ACTIVITIES

There are alarming statistics about children's fitness. If the worst scenarios come true, as many as 2 in 3 children will be obese by 2050. But if kids can get involved in exercise and sport in a safe, friendly and secure environment, this doesn't have to happen.

It's a big part of our mission to offer children’s activities for every age, including sports coaching, birthday parties, swimming lessons, play sessions, crèche and nursery.

Activities such as football, basketball, ballet and dance mats help kids to enjoy sport and exercise from the start. The kids focus on the fun, but the benefits are much deeper, allowing them to meet new friends, learn social skills, respect and discipline, a sense of achievement and improve their fitness. There aren't many computer games that can compete with that.

In England 69% of boys and 71% of girls have high activity levels.
