New Mum's Buggy Workout



The new mum’s buggy workout course has been designed for new mums to get a fun workout outside in the fresh air with their new born baby in a buggy.

Each session will involve s
tretching, toning and cardio exercise with your new born baby watching and taking part with you every step of the way!

The sessions will be delivered by Karen Tyrell who is a level 3 pre & post natal exercise expert.  Tea & coffee will be provided at the end of each session in chalet at the ski slope, so you will get the chance to socialise with other new mums.

Each session will take place on the athletics track, or the natural contoured ground of the outdoor sports centre to give you a challenging yet rewarding workout.

All you need to do is bring your new born baby, a buggy and yourself along! All equipment such light weights, & exercise bands will be provided.

When: Starts Thursday 15th March from 10.30-11.30
Who is the course for? Adults 16+
How much: £21 for a 6 week course
