Natasha and Stuart are certainly worthy of the ‘local heroes’ title! As sport and exercise advocates they have taken part in countless activities to raise money for worthy causes.
Last year Natasha undertook ‘Borneo – The Ultimate Challenge’, climbing the highest mountain in South East Asia, Cycling hundreds of miles through the Crocker Mountain Range and White Water Rafting down the Padas River. The group that went raised just short of £50,000 for charity.
Not content with their achievements this year they plan to put their fitness to the test once again to raise money for the Rosemere Cancer Foundation, which is based at Preston Hospital. Natasha and Stuart will sled a pack of huskies from Tromso in Norway across the mountain ranges and ice fields of Sweden and Finland, covering over 250km and camping out in temperatures of minus 40 degrees.

Natasha and Stuart have been preparing for the their Trek at All Seasons Leisure Centre, working with Adam on a series of challenging (but fun) personal training sessions.
