You bring a friend (or an 'opponent', depending on whether you're the competitive type). We'll provide the court. We can even hire rackets and balls if you need them.
You can try out tennis, badminton, squash and table-tennis at Active Nation – each very different, but all of them a great way to have fun while improving your fitness.
Squash and badminton, in particular, are games that you can enjoy right from the start. If you find someone of a similar standard to play with, you'll find you can have really exciting, long rallies, while working up a healthy sweat. And, as your fitness improves so will your skills.
