You bring a friend (or an 'opponent', depending on whether you're the competitive type). We'll provide the court. We can even hire rackets and balls if you need them.

Scientists at the University of Illinois believe that, because tennis requires alertness and tactical thinking, it may generate new connections between nerves in the brain and thus promote a lifetime of continuing development of the brain.
