Bike 4 Life

Bike 4 Life is a bike hire scheme operating in Lincolnshire, funded through Lincolnshire County Councils Short Breaks Fund. The project has paid for a selection of adapted bikes for family hire and we are delighted to be one of four participating sites.

Tricycles, hand cycles, wheelchair bikes and piggy back bikes will be available, as well as standard adult and child bikes. The route for all of this fun and activity is the cycle track in the grounds of Yarborough Leisure Centre, a safe off-road route to the rear of the main centre which is about a mile long. You can always bring your own bikes and just hire what you need!

Cycling, whether it is a day to day activity for an occasional adventure is a great way to keep you and the family healthy. We can sort out a road-worthy bike for you and the all important safety gear, so what is stopping you?

A deposit of £20 is taken, or card detailed retained for each bike hired. This payment is fully refundable upon the safe return of the bikes.


Availability

Monday to Friday         5pm to 9pm

Saturday and Sunday  9am to 5pm

Booking is not normally required but if your family is making a special trip to the Centre we recommend that you let us know about your plans, to ensure we do not have any events taking over our cycle track at the time you need it!
